60th Report in 2010: Analysis of Demand for Science and Technology Policies Improving China’s Innovation Capacity at the County (City) Level

Abstract: Building of innovation capacity at the county (city) level is an important part in the national and regional innovation system. The article analyzes demand for science and technology policies improving innovation capacity at the county (city) level based on a review of science and technology (S&T) policies at basic level in China in 1992 – 2009. Related policy recommendations are also proposed in the article.
