Abstract: Entrepreneurship is very important to innovative economic development in a country while entrepreneurship policy is a major driving force promoting entrepreneurship activities in various countries. The article identifies several issues in the current entrepreneurship policies in China through analysis of the policy evolution in foreign countries. Lessons and related policy recommendations are discussed in the last part of the article.
