Abstract: Using the data from “the second national technical workers condition investigation”, this thesis analyzes the professional advantage of the returned technicians through the propensity score matching method. The research discovers that the returned technicians gain more salaries, achieve more scientific research results, and have higher job satisfaction than the domestic ones with same level education.
