76th Report in 2012: Research on Beijing S&T Evaluation System

Abstract: One of the main tasks of China's S&T system reform is to solve the combination of S&T and economy. In order to promote the transformation of S&T achievement, Beijing City did a positive exploration in S&T management and S&T evaluation and has improved the ability of S&T in serving economy and society. This paper gives suggestions on implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development from the aspects of evaluation system, evaluation method, evaluation indicator choice and so on.
