12th Report in 2014: England Supports Innovation by Lottery Fund

Abstract: Using lottery fund to support innovation in England has achieved good results. This paper introduces the organization and management mode of English lottery fund and its experience in supporting the innovative and creative activities in science, technology and art area. It also suggests to set up S&T lottery fund in China.
