28th Report in 2014: The Budget for US Federal Government for Fiscal Year 2015 and Its Enlightenment

Abstract: This paper analyses the input structure, the budget distribution and R&D plans of main departments according to the budget for US federal government for FY 2015. It summarizes the main characteristics and key areas of R&D input of US federal government for FY 2015 and proposes some enlightenments in R&D input direction.
